Lower Nicola Indian Band – Economic Development Open House / Career Fair
Stinson Aerial Services Inc. was honoured to exhibit at the 2024 Lower Nicola Indian Band (LNIB) Economic Development Open House. Our relationship with LNIB, established in 2021, has focused on providing AIRS Basic and Advanced flight training for their Fisheries and Aquatics teams, developing workflows, and providing crewing services for watershed management activities. In 2024, three LNIB aquatics team members successfully earned their Advanced Pilot Certifications under the mentorship of our experienced flight instructors. The event concluded with a Career Fair, offering local youth and community members opportunities to explore potential career paths. A highlight of our exhibit was the Fly Cart 30 – GERTRUDE, which garnered significant attention throughout the event.
